Publication Ethics

Jurnal Kesehatan Bidkemas is a forum or facility that publishes scientific articles on research results and non-research results in the field of obstetrics in particular and health sciences in general that have never been published or are in the process of being published in other scientific journals. The editor has the right to change the writing without changing the intent or substance of the submitted manuscript. Manuscripts that are not suitable for publication in the Journal of Obstetrics and Health are not returned to their senders, except at the request of the author concerned.
This scientific code of ethics statement is a statement of the code of ethics for all parties involved in the publication process of this scientific journal, namely managers, editors, bestari partners, and authors. The Code of Ethics for Scientific Publications essentially upholds three ethical values in publication, namely (i) Neutrality, namely freedom from conflicts of interest in publication management; (ii) Justice, namely granting authorship rights to those entitled to be authors; and (iii) Honesty, namely free from duplication, fabrication, falsification and plagiarism in publications.
Publisher's Responsibilities
1. Journal publishers are responsible for publishing manuscripts after going through the process of editing, reviewing, and layout according to the rules for publishing scientific journals.
2. Journal publishers are responsible for guaranteeing academic freedom for editors and bestari partners in carrying out their respective duties.
3. Journal publishers are responsible for maintaining privacy and protecting intellectual property and copyright, and editorial freedom.
Editors' Responsibilities
1. The Journal Editor is responsible for deciding which manuscripts are appropriate for publication through a board of editors' meeting referring to the applicable legal requirements regarding defamation, copyright infringement, duplication, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism.
2. In the process of reviewing and accepting manuscripts, the Journal editor team is based on the principle of equality of treatment in making decisions to publish manuscripts without discriminating against the author's race, gender, religion, ethnicity, citizenship, or political ideology.
3. The Editor and editorial team of the Journal will not disclose any information about the submitted manuscripts or manuscripts except with the permission of the authors.
4. Unpublished manuscripts will not be used by the Journal editor's research for their own interests and will be returned directly to the author.
Bestari Partner Responsibilities
Bestari Journal partners assist editors in making editorial decisions on incoming manuscripts
1. Journal Bestari Partners are responsible for the recommendations of the manuscripts they review.
2. The review of the manuscript is carried out objectively, and is supported by clear arguments.
3. Journal Bestari Partners are responsible for citations, references, duplication, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism of the manuscripts they review.
4. Journal Bestari Partners must always maintain the confidentiality of information and not use information from the manuscripts they study for personal gain/interest.
Author Responsibilities
1. The author must present the results of his thoughts or research in a clear, honest, and without duplication, fabrication of data, falsification of data and plagiarism.
2. The author is responsible for the confirmation submitted for the manuscript that has been written.
3. The author must indicate references from the opinions and works of other people cited
4. Authors must write manuscripts ethically, honestly and responsibly, in accordance with applicable scientific writing regulations.
5. The author does not double submit to other journals while the process in the journal is still ongoing.
The author does not mind if the manuscript is edited during the review and layout process without changing the substance or main ideas of the writing.
